The Libyan Centre for Medical Research and the Egyptian National Centre for Research signed a technical cooperation agreement on 15 December in the town of Zawiya, west of Tripoli, the Jamahiriya News Agency (JANA) reported.

The Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC) and US oil company Hess have signed an agreement to develop and improve diabetes care in Libya.

Al Shams has reported that the German insurance company, Munich RE, has signed a cooperation agreement with the Allibya Medical Insurance Company to develop international-standard health insurance services in Libya.
