Drilling and workover company incurred LD11m ($8.8m) losses in 2011

The National Oil Wells Drilling and Workover Company, which is owned by Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC), said it incurred significant losses as a result of the 2011 conflict but was now redeploying equipment.
