HIB signed contracts worth LD44bn ($35bn)

The Housing and Infrastructure Board (HIB) signed more than 6,200 housing and infrastructure contracts between 2006 and the middle of 2012, with outstanding payments on incomplete projects worth around LD25bn ($20bn).
