LCAA awards contracts worth LD54m in first half of 2013

Libya's Civil Aviation Authority (LCAA) signed contracts totalling LD54m ($43.2m) in the first half of the year, including one valued at LD20.7m ($16.6m) to install a new air traffic control radio network.
